Due to growth and expansion they are seeking a key account manager in your area. 


 


Position Description:


 


Reporting to the Vice President of Worldwide Sales, the Manager of Key Accounts Development is responsible for increasing the average revenue per user subscribed on the solution and managing the renewal process with existing clients.  Key Accounts Development will focus on developing a strategy for the targeting of up-sell opportunities within the existing customer base, converting those opportunities into revenue, and ensuring that the subscription base renews on-time.  This is an opportunity to help build an account management organization from the ground-up.


 


Key Responsibilities: 


 


 



  • Develop an account management blueprint, ensuring maximization of revenue potential and renewals within the account base.

  • Develop a strategy to proactively up-sell existing clients on any features or services that will further assist the client in achieving their business objectives.

  • Manage Deal Desk function.

  • Coordinate with Finance team regarding proposed contract terms, and product pricing packages.

  • Manage all client re-signings, including renewals and re-implementations.

  • Maintain current and accurate account information and contact information within Bullhorn CRM for all accounts that have been contacted.

  • Complete ad hoc sales operations tasks as requested by CEO, CFO, and VP of Worldwide Sales


 


Qualifications/Requirements:



  • Must have 3+ years of experience leading revenue and renewal efforts within an already existing client base including:

    • Developing account management blueprints to ensure the company is maximizing revenue potential and exceeding renewal targets within the account base.

    • Developing up-sell strategies that further assist clients in achieving their business objectives.



  • Must display a high level of passion in each task and responsibility and focus this passion towards exceeding any goals and expectations that are set.

  • Management experience strongly desired.

  • Must be able to implement creative ideas and new approaches to solve problems as they arise in the sales process.
