Earn $35,000 to start, 40-80% bonus opportunity (paid monthly), and the opportunity to work from home as a kgbdeals Sales Specialist, incented to close deals with merchants, build a robust sales pipeline, and generate buzz amongst the local merchant community about group buying with kgbdeals. . Position will require face-to-face meetings and phone pitches that present kgbdeals and its service offerings, with main objective of having the merchant sign a contract Sales Specialist for kgbdeals Position Type: Full-Time, Work at Home Employee Background on the company: kgbdeals is an online collective buying service that empowers its members to get the best deals in and around major US and European cities (see online FAQs at ). Sales Specialists contact merchants in the cities in which they live to close deals and invite merchants to offer customers a significant discount, typically a 50% value (e.g., $50 worth of goods/services for $25). In return, kgb delivers volume of customers to the merchant. Skills/Competencies: University degree or equivalent 1 to 2 years of sales experience in ad/media sales would be ideal, but enthusiasm, intelligence, a nose for a deal, and proven knowledge of the local merchant community are even more important Ability to start a new sales activity Ability to present the company and its service offering articulately over-the-phone and professionally in-person Ability to close deals Be prepared to answer questions about our company, kgbdeals, competitors, and the local economy if called for a phone screen.
