SALES PROFESSIONALS AT ALL LEVELS - SENIOR, EXECUTIVE AND ASSOCIATE ABERDEENGROUP - BOSTON Position Summary: We are seeking talented Sales Professionals with at least 3 years experience that have the following background: Selling Solutions Success Closing Sales Success Meeting or Exceeding an Individual Sales Quota Sales Professionals are responsible for sales and customer service activities within an Aberdeen Research practice. Our model is Inside Sales with little or no travel Responsibilities: Build a sustainable sales territory, up to $1M, by selling Aberdeens products and services to Chief Marketing Officers and/ or C level Executives. Meeting monthly and sales targets on a consistent basis. Ability to clearly articulate Aberdeens business value to clients and prospects Build sustainable relationships with Aberdeen Clients and Analyst community. Clearly explain Aberdeens Research coverage in his or her practice area Can clearly articulate research calendar past and present Can explain in a 5 minute conversation an Aberdeen Research Report Can effectively walk a customer through the appropriate research channels for both content and customer uses Makes a required number of Outbound calls daily Uses Standard Aberdeen contracts Qualifications: College Graduate At least 3 years experience in sales for a Sales Associate, 4 years plus, for an Executive, and 7 years plus for a Senior Executive Proven Track Record of carrying an Annual Quota. For Sales Associates the required sales quota is $500K, and, $1M for Sales Executives Prior experience in Inside and/or Outside Sales Strong knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends Strong critical thinking and analysis skills Excellent writing skills Capable of translating technology into business benefits and plans Communicates well with people at all levels Characteristics: High level of intelligence and business acumen; intellectually grounded Committed to learning Entrepreneurial spirit Marketing and sales savvy Ability to work independently; self-motivating High level of personal integrity Organized Exhibits a high level of energy Is customer focused Detail oriented and executes thoroughly Compensation and Benefits: We offer attractive compensation plans with realistic targets and a high future earnings potential.
