Key Accomplishments: Proven sales leader consistent goal achievement with five to seven years experience as a business to business sales management professional responsible for large ticket products or services in a distributor or reseller environment Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to effectively penetrate new and existing markets Strong data analysis and business planning skills resulting in exceptional sales growth and profitability Strong attention to detail with the demonstrated ability to hold others accountable via CRM applications and other sales performance measures Exceptional communication skills with the proven ability to provide one on one and group training and coaching Great attitude with a passion for producing outstanding results Expertise and knowledge in the exercise equipment or fitness industry is a plus Reporting Relationship: Reports to the President and Chief Operating Officer Member of the Executive Leadership Team Direct Reports: Seven or more Commercial Sales Representatives Job Summary: The successful candidate will have exceptional sales leadership abilities with strong general management acumen. Beyond achieving monthly top-line and gross profit goals, the business leader will be responsible for developing market specific promotional strategies, and various proactive business-building initiatives. Another responsibility will be ensuring positive collaborative relationships with product vendors. Further, this role is responsible for Commercial Sales Representative hiring, on-boarding, long-term training and development, and troubleshooting when needed.
