MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS CLINIC has an opening for an experienced Sales professional at our Midland Clinic. This is a Full Time position, approximately 40 hours per week, including 1/2 a day on some Saturdays. We offer a comprehensive Paid Training Program; Benefits available to eligible Full Time employees after 90 days. NOTE: This position is almost entirely commission-based, with a small weekly draw included; performance-based incentives and bonuses available. POSITION SUMMARY The Clinic Manager will meet individually with prospective patients to discuss the benefits and structure of our various weight loss programs. In addition, the Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operation of the clinic, including insuring that medical procedures and administrative functions are conducted according to company guidelines. REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this position, you should have a genuine interest in weight loss and nutrition, be comfortable dealing with a variety of individuals in a one-on-one setting, and have exceptional Sales skills. Qualified applicants will also have the follow experience or skills: + To be considered for this position, you must have prior Sales, Customer Service or Retail experience! + Demonstrated track record of reaching - and exceeding! - set Sales goals. + Professional appearance that reflects healthy lifestyle choices. + Excellent presentation skills. + Ability to monitor and motivate staff; insure that procedures, policies and high company standards are consistently followed. + Ability and willingness to learn the medical components of our programs through the training provided. + Administrative effectiveness; basic computer skills; ability to perform some mathematical calculations. SCHEDULING Hours will vary somewhat from week to week. Must be available to be scheduled during hours that clinic is open: M/W/F 8a-6p; T/Th 9a-7p; Sat 9a-1p. PAID TRAINING PROGRAM If hired, you will need to attend the Paid Training Program at our corporate facility in the Metro Detroit Area. In general, the training runs for a 3-week period (M-F/10a-4p). The upcoming training schedule will begin in early August. NOTE: For those traveling beyond a set distance to attend training, the company provides paid hotel accommodations. Although this position does not perform medical duties, please note that the training includes comprehensive instruction on the medical components of our programs in addition to Sales training.
