The Sales Executive primary duties include but are not limited to: Call on Health Care, Technology, Professional Service, Consumer Products prospects and sell our Print Design, Web Design, eCommerce, Internet Marketing, Social Media and Search Engine Optimization Services. Plan sales and gross profit on a long-term basis and build a repeat customer base. Develop yearly objectives for each of your key accounts. Have an accurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the potential of each account and prospect in your database. Build customer relationships by making phone calls, customer visits and presentations that match customer needs with our products and services. Review new technology and service developments and sales techniques on an ongoing basis. Develop a complete and comprehensive total knowledge of all products and services appropriate to your market or customer base. Achieve certification where required. Participate actively in company sponsored training sessions, regularly scheduled meetings and company functions. Maintain all system information in a timely, accurate and complete manner. Experience, Skills & Education BA/BS Degree from recognized university Excellent telephone skills and computer knowledge with proficiency in CRM database. Management and computer skills including internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows and Outlook. Demonstrated proficiency in public speaking and communication skills. High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day to-day selling activities. Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented. 3-5 years previous job experience in Sales and Account Management. Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat a plus. Enjoy coming to work!
