Due to this rapid growth we are currently looking for career-minded individuals who are immediately available to start a full-time career as a Tier II Sales Professional. We will be filling MULTIPLE POSITIONS!
REQUIREMENTS-Previous automotive sales experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional sales training will be provided. Those with experience in the Financial Services, Mortgage, Retail Management, Restaurant, and Customer Services industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to Automotive Sales. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, a College Degree (or strong verifiable prior retail work experience) and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed at Willis Ford!
Willis Ford Offers:
Guaranteed $30K Annual Salary plus volume bonuses and incentives
First year income average potential $45,000+ per year, with our top producers earning well over $100,000+ per year!
