Job Description This position will be responsible for the following:
•Drives sustainable long-term sales growth with existing, and new customers, through teamwork with Marketing, the Account Management team and Medical Affairs, utilizing a consultative sales process and modeling Baxter's Leadership Expectations.
• Is the regional Subject Matter Expert on Nutrition products and therapies through company-offered and self-directed learning.
•Responsible for successfully managing the P&T process to secure Olimel as a 'first line' of therapy and or achieving an increase of PN utilization. Accountable for the achievement of sales targets and maintaining the pipeline of opportunities in the territory.
•Interacts mainly with clinicians such as prescribing physicians within targeted accounts.
