Mosaic, an industry leader and rapidly growing national field marketing company specializing in developing and executing field marketing events, sales/merchandising services and retail promotions has an immediate opening for a part-time, weekend Sales & Demo Representative.
In the role of Retail Sales & Demo Specialist, you will work EVERY weekend (Saturday and Sunday - including holidays & may include Friday evenings) and will be responsible for building good relationships with store management and associates, as well as educating store personnel and consumers on the features and benefits of our client's printer products (a well known brand). Along with product education and demonstration, this part-time "assisted sales" position with merchandising duties, ensures that all client displays are well stocked and visually appealing.
The Retail Sales & Demo Specialist will be responsible for accomplishing these tasks in on retail location. Your weekend role will include approximately 10 total assigned hours a week along with weekly paid conference calls and continual training time. You will be assigned sales goals that must be met.
There will be approximately 4 hours of initial on-line training required for new Specialists.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Educate customers and store personnel on the integrated features and benefits of our client's brand and product line - Sell client's printers in a retail location - Meet weekly sales goals - Build relationships with customers while creating brand awareness - Build relationships with all levels of store sales associates and store management - Maintain demonstration units - Work with store management to ensure the sales floor & displays are properly stocked - Maintain current point of sale materials - Complete daily on-line reports on time and accurately after every shift worked
Work Schedule:
This is a Weekend Warrior position. Schedule to include:
Saturday & Sunday - 12:00PM to 5:00PM (Schedule may include Friday evenings)
*Increased hours/additional shifts may occur due to program needs/peak selling seasons.
