Successful candidate will support the field Business Development team with leads, qualifications and pipeline development activities that will increase the effectiveness and productivity of the field teammates. Key responsibilities will include the management of incoming leads, development of a complete contact matrix within each opportunity, and account profiling for business intelligence and specific lead qualification criteria. Responsibilities also include:
*The support and implementation of territory/market specific prospecting activities in conjunction with the Business Development Consultants (BDC's). *Assistance with support materials for field BDCs and liaison with Marketing. *Providing timely and accurate administrative reporting.
REQUIREMENTS: *Must reside in the greater Milwaukee/Northern Illinois area (office is located at Runzheimer Corporate Headquarters) *A four year college degree or equivalent, preferably in business *Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales/sales support experience *Online research experience with several business information tools *Proven persuasive skills needed to gather information through telephone prospecting *Excellent oral communication skills *Team skills and positive attitude toward supporting the larger sales goals *Strong orientation to achieve success *Excellent organizational and follow through skills *Experience in a Client Relationship Management system, preferably SalesLogix CRM *PC literate with experience and efficiency with Microsoft Office products and the Internet
