Senior Member of Technical Staff
Implement and test time-division multiplexing transport and solutions using fiber and copper technologies; perform network troubleshooting and configuration of routers, switches, border gateway protocol (BGP) and server load balancers; design and test network protocols and standards for Cisco firewalls and voice-over internet protocol (VoIP); design, implement and test internet protocol (IP) data and voice networks of large multi-component, multi-site application platforms including voice and data messaging platforms; design, implement and test application platform interfaces to internet, operations, administration and management, VoIP and wide-area networks; support third-party testers of service platforms in a lab environment; provide network design and implementation guidelines to production network personnel for implementation in the field; provide Tier 4 network support of deployed service platforms.
Qualifications: Required Qualifications:
Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering and two years experience in network troubleshooting and configuration of routers, switches and border gateway protocol (BGP) with one year experience therein to include the design and testing of network protocols and standards for Cisco firewalls and voice-over internet protocol (VoIP). Also requires Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Certification.
