Our client is an International Tier 1 Multi-$BB Management Consulting Firm. They are seeking a Senior Process Consultant, PeopleSoft HCM. The Senior Process Consultant delivers HCM process transformation work acting as a business transformation consultant. Develops best-in-class collateral and innovative solutions & services to support the practice and client engagements. Works with other HCM managers to take new offerings to the market. Provides PeopleSoft HCM 8.9. 9.0 and 9.1 talent administration (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits) and talent management (Talent Acquisition, Performance, Career and Succession Planning and Learning) domain expertise to engagements.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills and a team player
2. Excellent consulting and presentation Skills
3. Expertise at key client stakeholder relationship building
4. 8-10 years of HCM strategy and HCM business/process transformation work
5. 8-10 of systems integration and implementation in the HCM Space
6. 8-10 years of process transformation using PeopleSoft HCM 8.9, 9.0, 9.1 (MUST HAVE) as an enabler
7. 5+years of PeopleSoft full-suite of HCM Modules
8. 8-10 years in project management leading HCM initiatives
9. Consulting experience with a Big 4 in HCM strategy and transformation is desirable
10. Experience in enabling and managing change
11. Facilitation in designing, planning and executing workshops
12. Expert with best-in-class process models
Role Responsibilities:
1. Vision, Value Proposition and Roadmap
2. Project Management on PeopleSoft HCM engagements
3. Overall Strategy and Process Harmonization
4. Requirements gathering and fit/gap against best-in-class process models
5. Development of functional specifications
6. Fit and gap analysis of client requirements to PeopleSoft out-of-the box functionality
7. Development of business test scenarios
8. Operating Model definition
9. General Consulting Services across the PeopleSoft Hire-to-Retire Cycle
10. Performance Measurement and Scorecard
11. HR Operations Reviews/Operations Strategy to improve the effectiveness of current processes and develop new processes to support business innovation. Design of detailed business architectures and capability models to realize client’s strategy objectives. Identifies opportunity areas, redesigns and implements new business processes to deliver significant cost savings.

Education: Minimum a BS or BA in Business or Human Resources. Prefer Masters level education in Human resources and/or Business Administration and Information Technology Management.
Certifications:
PeopleSoft HCM 8.9, 9.0, 9.1 and PeopleSoft Implementation Methodology
Total Work Experience in Years: 8-10 years
Travel Requirement: Up to 75%, M-F
