The Opportunity:
Senior Sales Associate for our apartment communities throughout the Eastern Region located in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, Michigan.
We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals interested in maximum earning potential and to be part of a rewarding and proven sales environment. Sales professionals will earn competitive base salaries and can be expected to earn 100-200% of their base salary in commissions each year!
The Responsibilities:
Selling apartment homes as directed by the Regional Sales Director This position is tailored made for the individual that seeks a well organized sales management environment that is high energy and motivational, and truly results oriented Overnight travel may be required
The Requirements:
A minimum of three years sales experience with demonstrated performance as a top sales producer Effective communications skills, initiative and a strong desire to provide solutions for our customers are required Candidates must be willing to travel as well as work hours based on customer needs, which could mean showing apartments at times outside of regularly scheduled office hours Our very top performing sales professionals will be given the opportunity to earn sales at a variety of communities nationally and regionally, and will travel with our support to assist with major sales activities Live and Lead our core values every day!
