Senior Sales Executive, HR Consulting Services

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive (title is VP Business Development). Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
Drives end-to-end business development activities; accountable for the achievement of sales and business goals in their territory across all workforce solutions.
Develops and fosters key relationships with business and Human Resources executives of companies in their market territory;
Plays an active and collaborative role in strategically targeting key clients and prospects which can include significant, global accounts some of which may be included in the Global Strategic Client Initiative.
Builds the business by identifying and pursuing prospects and generating market awareness of the brand in their market and region.
Identifies client business needs and positions solutions in the context of those business needs.
Desired Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Experience in consulting in or selling Talent Management/Organization Development consulting work.
Develop, execute strategic Territory Sales Plans ($1.5MM+) with the goal of driving sustainable and profitable business growth; build a business network and identify opportunities to establish, present, and sell in branded solutions.
Foster key relationships by developing and executing account plans to retain and expand business with existing client accounts, meet their business needs; manage and analyze information to retain, grow accounts utilizing established sales process, tools.
Ensure the client’s requirements are at the forefront of all sales efforts; gain understanding of client needs and align branded, integrated solutions to achieve high level of client service and satisfaction.
Takes intelligent risks to achieve a business advantage and stay competitive in the marketplace; prioritize and manage projects and tasks; self driven and disciplined to reach and exceed business goals through creative, client focused solutions.
Identifies partners and opportunities taking action to build formal and informal networks within the organization to enhance one's own area and the organization as a whole; operates in a fair, honest, respectful and team focused manner.
Possesses and continually develops the business knowledge to effectively present and sell branded, integrated solutions using appropriate style and communication skills; minimizes barriers and potential competitor benefits to position company as the best client solution; applies knowledge, information and analytical perspectives to innovate strategic solutions for clients and business opportunities.
