Job Description
•Coordinates with sales management on development and implementation of sales plans.
•Develops and executes a strategy to enhance the market penetration of identified product lines, achieving sales objectives and financial targets.
•Monitors ongoing sales performance of the group.
•Trains and mentors Inside Sales Reps.
•Works with assigned Territory Business Managers to jointly prospect and close business.
•Works with assigned Territory Business Managers to maintain existing business.
•Analyzes sales trends and interpret data to develop strategies for Inside Sales team.
•Promotes the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing internal and external customer relations.
•Coordinates in-house programs with external groups, such as sales training and marketing, to enhance product and industry knowledge of team.
Job Requirements
•Must have excellent verbal communication and leadership skills.
•Ability to work independently and as a team member is required.
•Position requires ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies.
•Ability to understand and adapt to customer changing needs is essential.
•Candidate must demonstrate business acumen and knowledge of sales processes as well as strong decision-making abilities.
•Proven sales success is required.
•Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred
•3-5 years sales experience required.
