The U.S. Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for direct product line management of Stellaris PC.  This includes ensuring that the marketing aspects of defining, developing and executing strategies for assigned product line are effectively implemented.

Individual will gather data and marketing research analysis to optimize brand performance. Cultivate a responsive team among Technical Services, Sales/Mktg., Research & Development and Manufacturing. Continuously gain marketing intelligence on the products performance, customer perception, new markets, and new opportunities via frequent contracts with the sales/marketing force and with customers. Continuously feed the market information back to R&D. Work with Marketing Communications to create advertising and merchandising programs for the product line. Develop ad copy, ads, brochures, technical articles and trade show demonstrations to promote the product line. Develop training materials and perform training for the sales, marketing customer service and customers as necessary. Serve as a technical expert for Stellaris PC the anterior segment equipment and disposables product line and perform technical presentations at regional seminars and at major target accounts. Only candidates with capital equipment and surgical products experience will be considered.

Specific Job Duties:

• Develop and implement U.S. Marketing Plan for the professional audience
• Create and execute promotional tactics in support of Stellaris PC sales
• Create, develop and update all electronic sales tool
• Provide product expertise support for field sales
• Act as central communication point for product updates to field sales team
• Maintain ongoing demand forecast with high degree of accuracy
• Provide input to revenue forecast
• Maintain and control promotional budget
• Champion promotional materials through Legal & Regulatory approval process

Qualifications:                            

• BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
• At least 9 years of related Sales and Marketing experience
• Product management experience required.
• Medical Device experience preferred.
