Title: Territory Development Manager Location: Moncton or Surrounding Area Territory: Atlantic Canada The Sojourn Group of Companies is looking for a Territory Development Manager to support our existing clientele and cultivate new accounts in Atlantic Canada. This individual will use their sales and marketing experience to grow two of the company's divisions, Signs by Sojourn and Traffic Solution by Sojourn . The successful candidate should have: Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas; Comfortable with overnight travel within Atlantic Canada; Established networks in the local construction and/or sign industry; Ability to work independently and within an existing sales team; Minimum of 4-years of professional outside sales experience; Strong communication skills in both English and French; Focused on exceeding customers expectations; Initiative, persistence and tenacity; and Strong computer skills (proficient in MS Office Suite and web-based applications). Job Duties Include: Identifies opportunities to market and promote Sojourn's products and services through the continued development of existing accounts; Initiates, organizes and executes the entire process of prospecting competitive accounts, and the sourcing and development of potential new business; Provides ongoing market analysis of existing and potential opportunities for new/and or existing products; Encourages a team attitude in meeting the needs, requirements and deadlines for both internal and external customers; Assists in developing marketing programs and material to promote the Sojourn Group of Companies and their product lines; and Acts as a key resource and contact between sales and manufacturing departments. The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation plan consisting of a base salary between $40,000 and $50,000 plus commission, health plan, company vehicle, blackberry and laptop.
