Territory Sales Representative

Primary roles and responsibilities include:

· Solution sell Ricoh Manufacturer Direct products to new and existing customers within an assigned territory
· Leverage Ricoh's #1 position in the industry to drive branch sales results
· Focus on Ricoh's significant market advantages when presenting to IT and Network Managers.
· Develop and maintain successful long-term customer relationships. Coordinate Ricoh support to achieve total Customer Satisfaction with our existing customers.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

· Post secondary education in a business related discipline with a particular emphasis in Sales and Marketing
· Business to business sales experience
· Computer literacy with an understanding of Computer Networks
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, for successful cold-calling, follow-up and appointment setting
· Excellent planning and organizational skills for progressing the sales cycle and managing objections.
· Experience utilizing a CRM (customer relationship management) program and funnel software programs.
· Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point
· Customer focused
· Superior relationship building skills with all key stakeholders
· Willing to contribute to our team environment and is a team player

Other:

· Valid drivers license and vehicle is mandatory
· Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
