Territory Sales Representative

Primary roles and responsibilities include:

.Solution sell Ricoh Manufacturer Direct products to new and existing customers within an assigned territory
.Leverage Ricoh's #1 position in the industry to drive branch sales results
.Focus on Ricoh's significant market advantages when presenting to IT and Network Managers.
.Develop and maintain successful long-term customer relationships. Coordinate Ricoh support to achieve total Customer Satisfaction with our existing customers.
.Achieve and exceed sales targets

Qualifications:

.Post secondary education in a business related discipline with a particular emphasis in Sales and Marketing
.Business to business sales experience
.Computer literacy with an understanding of Computer Networks
.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, for successful cold-calling, follow-up and appointment setting
.Excellent planning and organizational skills for progressing the sales cycle and managing objections.
.Experience utilizing a CRM (customer relationship management) program and funnel software programs.
.Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point
.Customer focused
.Superior relationship building skills with all key stakeholders
.Willing to contribute to our team environment and is a team player

Other:

.Valid drivers license and vehicle is mandatory
.Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
