Our Tier II Sales Agents are responsible for handling complex sales transactions to ensure our customers receive the service package that best fits their individual needs. · Provide an exceptional sales experience to our customers at all times.
· Manage escalated and complex sales orders ? consumer and business.
· Ability to access multiple system tools and interpret and clearly convey service offerings.
· Employ sound judgment and integrity throughout the sales process.
· Utilize personal discretion when dealing with business practices to ensure quality sale is made.
· Track and perform continuous follow-up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
· Ability to learn and retain changing offers and promotions.
· Ability to effectively communicate current customer offer and close sale.
· Outbound selling as required.
· Minimum of two years inbound and/or outbound sales experience.
· Proven success in closing sales over the telephone.
· Ability to understand complex issues with both linear and creative thought processes.
· Attention to detail.
· Understanding of telecom, broadband, and satellite TV industry preferred.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Work, Excel, and Outlook.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
