Develops, coordinates, and executes training and development programs for the Field Sales division in order to meet organizational development needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Participates in needs analyses studies to determine training needs within organization.
Collaborates with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better understand policies, procedures, regulations, technologies and human relations.
Formulates teaching outline and determines appropriate instructional methods such as individual education, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.
Selects or develops teaching aids using a variety of media such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, and resource materials.
Identifies testing and evaluation procedures to determine if training objectives are met.
Evaluates training programs periodically to ensure programs and goals align with organization development needs.
Revises design of and/or generates training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness.
Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as, on-the-job training, computers and software usage,sales techniques, refresher training, upgrading, and leadership development.
Developing ad hoc training programs as business and employee needs require
Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.

A Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
