Position Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for Rhinotek brand line of products and services Develop and recommend pricing strategies and gross margin analysis Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image through all product promotions, promotional material and events Direct market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution strategies by establishing territories, quotas and goals Meet with key clients and support our top and seasoned account executives (AEs) in maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals Maintain a finger on the pulse of current industry trends, opportunities, channels, products and the competitive landscape to support the identification of business development opportunities Provide leadership and work with direct reports to achieve strategic business goals, e.g., revenue objectives, client satisfaction and retention strategies and new business development Manage performance and recommend creative compensation programs and other rewards for performance Conduct formal annual performance evaluations and informal mid-year performance progress reviews
Requirements:
10+ years of sales management experience required 5+ years of experience in the hard copy printer supplies (or related) industry required Bachelors Degree Required; Masters Degree Preferred Proven track record of successful sales force management required Experience with MPS required Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Excellent relationship building and management skills required
