Vice President, Print Solutions Sales
This position, reporting directly to the Vice President of US Sales, Document Messaging Technologies, is chartered with the responsibilities for developing and executing aggressive growth strategies and comprehensive plans for all US Production Print, Software and Solutions sales, while delivering revenue (installed business) within these product segments in achieving the Unit's revenue targets.
Accountabilities:
Provide both strategic and tactical sales leadership to the DMT group while aggressively driving production print growth with solid margins, adjusting strategies and go-to-market plans to meet market requirements and customer satisfaction of objectives.
Hire, organize, motivate and develop a highly effective sales organization with a focus on smart but disciplined sales strategies across all targeted markets, channels, and accounts.
Provide leadership to transform the sales organization toward a solution selling orientation, focusing on shifting the skill set from mail products to print and mail solutions.
Ensure efficient and effective sales and management operations process providing accurate forecasting, pipeline management, business operation controls and audit readiness while increasing sales productivity.
Create a management process which identifies opportunities, trends, and competitive threats well in advance, effectively mapping the target marketplace so the organization can proactively leverage new offerings and further add value to customers.
Build executive relationships with customers.

Unit's Production Print and Software quarterly revenue and profit (EBIT)
Quarterly written business goals
Margins
Cross-sell selling
Customer loyalty scores
Pipeline
Reporting Relationships:
This position will manage approximately 12 people
This position will report directly to the Unit's Vice President of US Sales.

Qualifications:
10 + years experience in successfully leading sales organizations in the high volume/production print industry
Proven ability to build and maintain a high-performance sales organization by recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent, as well as managing out low performers.
Experienced in the data center/transaction print industry with a focus on high volume black and white and color printer solutions.
General management capabilities with strong sales and performance management experience including exposure to P&L management.
Solutions orientation with the ability to articulate a value proposition and sell software, services, and financial solutions
Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy
Business acumen
An innovative transformer - able to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) and influence the organization towards value-oriented solution selling.
Experience presenting to, working with, and influencing other senior management team members.
Persuasiveness and ability to close business
Must be able to successfully work from a Virtual Office and travel up to 80% of the time
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
MBA preferred.
