About the company : Our client is a global publically traded business services firm. Job description : The Vice President Sales (Enterprise Accounts) will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, Americas and have ownership of the North America business unit. It is an agent of change role and will be charged with the following responsibilities: Direct management of the Enterprise Accounts business (managing a team of 20+ hunters and farmers) Grow headcount to 50+ within the next 3 years Drastically increase revenue coming from Enterprise accounts Have individual contribution role with at least 5 accounts All change management responsibilitiesPHYSICAL LOCATION OF THE ROLE WILL BE DALLAS WITH FREQUENT NATIONAL TRAVEL Who we are looking for : The Vice President Sales (Enterprise Accounts) will have the following qualifications. Will come from a B2B transactional industry with shorter sales cycle (i.e. office equipment, energy / oil & gas, transportation / logistics) Will have owned both strategic (planning) and tactical (implementation of plan) functions. Experience managing enterprise sales teams Frequent national travel (with intermediate international travel) What's on offer : A base compensation between $150,000 and $210,000 is on offer plus an aggressive variable compensation structure and full benefits.
