VP - Ecommerce

360training is an online training technology and content company. We are looking for a VP Ecommerce to drive sales in B2C and B2C demand generation strategies. This position will be responsible for leading 4-6 direct reports with a total team count of 40 onshore and offshore employees.

Duties:
Sales & Business Model Optimization
-P&L responsibility for Ecommerce revenue channel
-Develop product marketing and consumer pricing strategies to drive growth through B2C (direct learning portals) across 18 different industries
-Analyze current revenue mix based on channel, product, industries, territory, competitive landscape and develop strategies to increase the revenue and margins
-Assess high profit margins areas and implement meaningful KPIs
-Develop strategies to gain new clients, client retention and new market ventures for existing products as well as new product offerings for current clients
-Manage external marketing automation, PPC or site merchandizing contractors/vendors

Marketing
-Own, develop and manage marketing plan and budget
-Develop and drive all marketing strategies including but not limited to PR communication, sales enablement, MARCOM, database marketing, trade shows, marketing automation, SEM, web site design/management, demand and enterprise lead generation
-Utilize eCommerce skills to effectively run multiple websites across various verticals with sales and lead generation conversion goals
-Develop and implement an effective demand generation and marketing automation program to increase sales effectiveness
-Track and analyze KPI’s such as lead cost , marketing pipeline and sales conversion.
-Manage web designer to create and maintain effective landing pages and user flows to maximize conversion rates

Leadership & Management
-Effective management style to drive performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
-Accurately identify talent needs and hire necessary skills to drive maximum performance of the team
-Supervise, coach, develop and motivate a US and offshore sales and account management team by setting clear goals, expectations, deliverables and metrics
-Effectively communicate business strategies to the team with recurring weekly and monthly meetings to address issues, measure success and motivate
-Train new recruits on all aspects of the role, setting clear goals, objectives and a sense of sense of urgency and accountability

Qualifications:
-15+ year managing a sales and marketing team
-5+ years eCommerce experience developing and cultivating channels
-Knowledge of enterprise web analytics software including Omniture SiteCatalyst, Test&Target and SearchCenter
-2+ years push and pull marketing experience with marketing 2.0 and web marketing knowledge
-Advanced understanding of consumer pricing models and buyer behaviors
-In-depth understanding of eLearning, education and training space
-Advanced knowledge of online marketing techniques
-Experience managing offshore resources
-MBA Degree preferred
