Executive Summary Macadamian is looking for a VP Sales to lead and oversee the organizations sales and business development efforts in pursuit of our aggressive growth objectives. If you are enthusiastic, adept at creating and implementing strategies and have a proven track record for growing company revenues  then we want to talk to you! About the Opportunity Reporting to the COO, the VP Sales will assume responsibility for creating a world-class sales organization and driving revenue growth through both existing and new customers. As a member of the executive team, your focus will be on the development of sales strategy, driving top line revenue growth and overseeing the companys dynamic sales organization. Your ongoing functional responsibilities will include: Clarifying and refining the overall sales plan and strategy consistent with the company's overall strategic objectives. Prioritizing and ranking customer opportunities and identifying the actions needed to prevail in those opportunities. Working in tandem with the lead generation and marketing organization to ensure that their efforts are effective and aligned to the sales organization's needs. Leading by example, driving and supporting the sales organization in attaining revenue targets. Managing and reporting regularly on the status of all funnel and sales activities. Providing feedback to other parts of the organization on market trends to ensure continuous improvement in delivery and attainment of customer needs. Nurture existing and new senior level relationships with strategic customers as a means of developing sustained revenue growth. Overseeing the continuous development and motivation of Macadamians sales organization through effective leadership, mentorship and coaching of all your team members. Establishing compensation plans including both fixed and variable components for your team designed at reinforcing the companys stated sales objectives. As a member of the executive team, contribute to refining a vision for Macadamian as well as setting the strategic direction including assessment of through your intimate knowledge of the Product Development Outsourcing market. Deliverables At Macadamian, our focus is on results; here are some deliverables that your role is intended to achieve: Attainment of specific revenue targets to be agreed during the initial months of employment. Building and driving the business growth through new and existing customers. Expansion into new vertical in support of Macadamians strategic objectives.
