We are growing our team of search consultants agressively due to a significant increase in new business which began in Q4 2009 and continues into 2010. To capitalize on the dramatically improved business climate, we are growing our team and are actively looking to add a new technology recruiter to the team. Our specialty is in web based technologies, and we are in search of a strong TECHNOLOGY RECRUITER who will have "full-desk" responsibilities, from working directly with hiring clients to recruiting qualified candidates for the open positions. To be considered for this position, you should have a background in Business to Business Sales and preferably some exposure to the high-tech field.
If you do not have previous sales experience, but do have a customer facing technology role, you could also be a successful recruiter.

The positions we staff are all full-time salaried roles (NOT contract staffing), and include software development, quality assurance, systems engineering, web development, project management, etc.
Compensation for this role is base salary plus commission, so you should be prepared and interested in working in a sales-oriented environment. Earnings can range between 75K-200K annually, with no-cap on income. While we don’t require previous sales experience, it is certainly helpful. Most important, though, is for you to bring a positive attitude, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to be successful. You’ll be provided the training you need to become an expert, but you’ve got to have the drive to succeed.
