Are you a recent college grad looking for a career in hotel management? Hyatt Hotels offers a Corporate Management Training Program that not only provides relocation assistance but reimbursement for either airfare or mileage when commuting between your home or school and the hotel. They will also pay for your food and lodging, and your 14-day stay while you establish housing.

Hyatt Corporate Management Trainees are paid a competitive salary commensurate with the current average cost of living in the area. Programs are from five to 18 months long and prepare trainees for a variety of career options, including Assistant Manager or Manager. If you're in the Operations track, you'll likely be placed as an Assistant Manager or Manager in Housekeeping, Front Office, Reservations, Restaurants or Banquets. Those on the Culinary track could be placed as a Sous Chef. Whichever track you choose, you'll probably be assigned a position in the geographic area where you completed your training. If no open slots are available locally, you may be assigned to another city.

Hyatt accepts applications for its Corporate Management Training Program throughout the year for January and June placement. To qualify for the program, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • Leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations
  • Nine months of hospitality work experience
  • Positive references from two previous employers (no character references)
  • Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
