Audacy's Dallas office is searching for a self-motivated sales professional with project manager experience to lead and coordinate execution as the Director of DFW Restaurant Week. The right candidate will be a team player who takes initiative with demonstrated excellent written verbal communication skills with internal and external customers; exceptional organizational skills are required.
A relentless approach to cold calling/prospecting with the ability to easily build relationships.
Leading and communicating with DFW Restaurant Week partners, restaurants, charities and sponsors, to assure quality service in executing all aspects of the campaign.
Creative self-starter who is comfortable with media relations. Driving campaign success utilizing multi-media outlets.
Able to multi-task with a high degree of time management and organizational skills, this individual is capable of looking ahead and managing campaign needs with precision planning and anticipation.
Ability to work both in office and virtually from home; in-person and/or virtual sales calls with clients where applicable.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Reliable and trustworthy with sensitive company information.
Assist with writing, editing and proofreading.
Assist with event logistics and planning, including communication with vendors and clients.
Miscellaneous clerical and data entry duties as needed.
High school graduate required
Must also have basic knowledge of MS office products, i.e., MS Word and Windows environment.
Self-motivated, goal driven, confident and creative.
A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
