  • Description We are offering a role within the professional services industry, located in Newport Beach, California.     Responsibilities

    • Engage in client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong professional relationships.

    • Manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

    • Utilize Asana and Slack for efficient team collaboration and project management.

    • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks and project management.

    • Gain in-depth knowledge of the building industry, focusing specifically on new homes rather than resale.

    • Open jobs in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.

    • Contribute to the social media content and concept development, providing engaging content for various platforms.

    • Assist in creating presentation decks for business development.

    • Adapt to changing needs and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

    • Utilize skills in CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Campaign Planning, Communication, and Account Management to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements - Proven experience in the Professional Services industry

    • Prior experience functioning as an Account Executive

    • Proficiency in 3M, ADP - Financial Services, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

    • Knowledge and experience in using CRM

    • Proficiency in tools like Asana, Slack, and About Time

    • Demonstrated skills in Banner Ads

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Experience communicating with C-Suite executives

    • Proven abilities in Account Management

    • Demonstrated skills in Campaign Planning

    • Proficiency in Project Management

    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team members

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

    • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets

    • High level of professionalism and integrity

    • Strong organizational and time management skills
