Account Executive

HUB Northeast's subsidiary, Program Brokerage Corporation (PBC), stands as a nationally ranked top wholesaler and an invaluable market resource for brokers and agents. PBC is on the lookout for a passionate Account Executive to join our Warwick, RI team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwriting & Marketing: Handle the underwriting, marketing, and quoting of renewal business and additional coverages with finesse.

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Data Management: Maintain and update internal reports accurately and timely.

• Policy Processing: Handle new business policies, renewals, endorsements, change requests, binders, and other service items efficiently.

• Communication: Manage daily communications from company underwriters and brokers effectively.

• Team Support: Assist in the development and mentoring of Assistant Account Executives, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-7 years of experience with a robust working knowledge of Commercial insurance coverages.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Licensing: New York State or Rhode Island P&C License is required.

• Technical Skills: Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Education: A four-year college degree is preferred.
