Summary

The Asset Management Professional role is a hands-on and customer facing role focused on contractor jobsite management of material. You will be interacting between the client and our team, helping to deliver the Rensenhouse value proposition. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, interest in sales, customer interaction, and enjoy being in the field.

Reports to: PC Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Labeling Machines, Dart Tool

• Demonstrable ability to use Outlook as well as remote meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Desire to learn and grow within your role

• Desire to work with a group and ability to work on your own

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• History in customer service

• Able to identify standard MRO material

• Flexible Schedule

• Sales problem resolution

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment (concrete floors) and outdoor conditions (on asphalt, gravel, or grass) including hot/cold temperatures.

• The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.

Essential Job Functions

Qualified candidates would have an interest in being in different customers' storerooms helping them to organize and replenish stock, facilitate repairs, and provide detail-oriented tracking and cost savings reports.

• Visit different customer sites, helping to inform them & expand sales

• Visit jobsites to take inventory counts, replenish stock, and work alongside the client, typically job foreman

• Pick up returned material at customer sites, return to warehouse, and help the warehouse restock

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is $19 to $19 hourly.
