Business Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team near Augusta, Maine.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on heat pump systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of our heat pump products and services.

Hourly rate plus commission.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the heat pump market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including homeowners, contractors, and businesses.

• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on the selection and installation of heat pump systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of products.

• Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in heat pump technology.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, within the HVAC industry.

• Strong knowledge of heat pump systems and their applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
