    • Responsible for provider/hospital/health system acquisition for our credit balance services, in designated territories throughout the US.

    • Focus on tactical relationship building, with a highly targeted, relevant approach. Building a select pipeline of key prospects that align with each territory's growth strategy.

    • Regularly communicates with payer managers to request payer authorization letters for providers.

    • Achieve goals through calls and meetings. Identifying business needs; and delivering the right solutions to their need

    • Identify opportunities to relate our current relationships with surrounding/similar providers to new potential needs.

    • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential health system mergers, backlogs, employee reduction, and building rapport.

    • Responsible for the complete front-end process of acquiring new providers - research, reaching out, presentation, closing.

    • Maintains Conduent's internal database with provider information updates, contacts, address changes, recent communication updates, etc.

    • Supports designated territories' expansion efforts and any requests to update specific territory information in Conduent's internal system.

    • In charge of storing and organizing certain data and documents - (BAAs, Payer Information, Authorization Forms, etc.)

    Requirements

    • Have work experience in a sales/marketing role

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PP, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

    • Great verbal and written communication skills as this role involves speaking to hospital leadership directly.

    • Hospital billing/credit balance experience preferred, but NOT required.

    • Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites/events.
