You will draft scalable production-grade code across Meta's platforms in collaboration with other product engineering teams and learn and build on different tech stacks and languages. You will use your entrepreneurial passion, direct client exposure and the freedom that the role provides to create your own opportunities and choose how you make an impact. Our approach aims to maximize positive impact for our clients as well as the billions of people that use our products and ~~~ a Business Engineer focusing on Stability, you will use technology paired with learnings from client/product exposure and research to build solutions which enhance stability, monitor ad performance and/or proactively flag/mitigate issues for Meta clients. You will be part of a dedicated client pod, together with Sales and cross functional partners, working directly to keep Meta's advertising system stable for our largest clients and using your experience to build solutions at scale for all clients.

Required Skills:

Business Engineer, Stability Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot complex technical issues in collaboration with product teams, to debug or enhance product, to mitigate adverse effects to clients business and present findings to client

2. Maintain relationships with partner teams and clients (internal and external) and present technical opportunities in a consulting capacity

3. Build technical expertise in Meta products including Ads API, Pages, Platform and provide consultative guidance

4. Build new products and improve existing ones in collaboration with Meta product engineering teams to meet business needs

5. Understand client's business goals, and proactively seek out, and apply knowledge of products, technologies, and business, specifically within the ads ecosystem, to build solutions to solve for problems at scale

6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback while quickly actioning feedback from code reviews conducted of your code

7. Understand Meta's system architecture and integration components to propose solutions that unblock client business opportunities or enhance stability

8. Document and develop best practices to help cross-functional partners, clients, and all FB customers

9. Assist in onboarding new team members

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Communication skills including experience communicating to both technical and non-technical (business/marketing/sales) audiences

2. Experience working with global teams

3. 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, or partner/sales engineer

4. Experience writing and shipping reliable, scalable, and efficient code

5. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.

6. Software development skills with experience building software developed in (any of) Python, PHP, C/C++, Ruby, C# or Java

7. Experience writing SQL
