Call Center Specialist

Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your exceptional communication skills and customer service experience? We are currently seeking a Call Center Agent for an unclaimed property resource in Wilmington, DE, on a 3-month contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Continuously answer customer service calls related to unclaimed property including but not limited to providing claimant with the current status of their claim, explaining the correct evidence required to complete a claim, and searching for property in the Company's proprietary unclaimed property database

• Escalate calls to management team as necessary

• Review documentation in company's proprietary database and perform analytical review of documentation to determine evidence needed to prove ownership

• Add detailed notes from each call to the claims database in accordance with client's procedures

• Exhibit a calm, patient demeanor when assisting callers with their unclaimed property issues

• Provide instructions to claimant pertaining to filing claims online and how to upload documentation needed to support their claim

• Recognize patterns or trends in customer calls and report to supervisor

• Other administrative functions and special projects as needed

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience working in a high-volume inbound call center environment.

Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear phone manner.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to navigate computer systems and databases efficiently.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
