    Ideal candidates will have ARMS and CMO background.

    Series 6/63/7 Licensing Required.

    Job Description

    • Lead and manage trading strategy and execution for select capital markets products. Makes markets in designated customer products and manages portfolio risk. Enforces team's compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.

    • Works strategically with traders, sales team, relationship managers, and investment bankers to develop and execute moderately complex trading/hedging strategies. Maintains relationships with buyers and sellers. Drives accountability for business results and ensures appropriate training, coaching, development, and mentoring of staff.

    • Identifies relative value opportunities and make markets. Monitors market conditions and manages risk across specified team's trading portfolios.

    • Work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive capital markets selling strategies to maximize revenue and new business activity. Focuses market/product coverage efforts and ensures appropriate resource allocation.

    • Monitors trading activities, industry and market developments, and regulatory requirements. Enforces compliance with policies and regulations. Works with stakeholders to develop/modify relevant policies and guidelines. Provides coaching to team members.

    Investment Bank Quantitative Analysis - Knowledge of and ability to use numerical methods to develop statistical models for devising trading strategies.

    Knowledge Of Customers - Knowledge of various types of customers and ability to analyze customer activities, profiles and information.

    Trading - Knowledge of and ability to engage in the transfer of financial assets in any financial market on behalf of an investor in order to capitalize on short-term trends.

    Work Experience

    Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, or PhD is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8 + years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

    Base Salary : $130,000 -$225,00

    Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors

    • Individual salary may vary by geographic location / market data

    • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the job

    • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

    • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
