    Job description :

    Capgemini Engineering is on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic Client Partner to drive growth and deliver outstanding value in the telecommunications sector. Passionate about both maintaining and rapidly growing our presence within the CABLE/MSO network, this role is pivotal for someone who excels at forging strong client relationships and navigating sophisticated sales landscapes. The successful candidate will be key in achieving targeted bookings and profitability, with a strong emphasis on strategic deal pursuit.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Improve and grow existing client relationships while securing new business within the CABLE/MSO Industry.

    • Engage CXO-level executives within the targeted Cable/MSO Vertical, showcasing interaction and negotiation skills.

    • Act as an inspiring leader for technologies including ER&D, IoT, connected products, asset management and digital manufacturing.

    • Build and handle a robust sales pipeline aligned with strategic account objectives.

    • Evaluate the business potential of premier clients, supervising performance metrics and guiding sales strategies.

    • Facilitate the closure of sales by ensuring our solutions meet client needs and improve the value delivered by Capgemini.

    • Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to negotiation and closure, encouraging profitable growth.

    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor through their transformation journey.

    • Shape and structure deals to improve value, providing input on Capgemini's offerings, services, and capabilities.

    • Listen actively to clients to understand their core engineering challenges and decision-making processes.

    • Ensure a deep understanding of the Global Delivery model to enhance service delivery.

    Required Skills :

    • Proven experience of at least 12 years in MSO/CABLE Sales

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (master's degree preferred).

    • Experience in solution sales with Product Engineering background with likes of Comcast, Cox, and Charter.

    • Validated capability to close sales involving both technical details and C-suite negotiations.

    • Experience in developing and performing comprehensive business plans and cases.

    • Familiarity with modern Distributed Access Architecture and related technologies.

    • Demonstrated success in direct sales as well as partner-based and collaborative selling strategies.

    • Strong foundation in advanced digital transformation initiatives and product/process engineering.

    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills; able to engage effectively at all business levels.

    • Strong business leadership skills.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a matrix organization.

    Preferred Skills :

    • Strategic experience in business planning and execution.

    • Knowledge of modern enterprise architecture and applications.

    • A hunter mentality with robust skills in prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales.

    • Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

    • Commitment to delivering high client value and working collaboratively across organizational levels.

    • Strong leadership skills with a focus on results and accountability.

    Additional Notes :

    This position requires working onsite at the Client/Capgemini office location three days per week and from a home office two days per week. Ideal candidates must be based in Philadelphia, Atlanta, areas.
