Commercial Lines Client Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated, highly successful commercial lines insurance professional to join our team in downtown San Antonio.

As a HUB Commercial Lines Client Account Executive, you will play a key role in the acquisition, retention, and growth of assigned Commercial Lines accounts through dedicated focus on client relationships and account management services.This position requires a high degree of autonomy and industry experience to provide professional guidance, expertise, and service to clients, professional and collaborative relationship with carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

·Working collaboratively with Sales Producers to ensure high levels of client engagement.

·Proactively contacting assigned clients to gauge satisfaction and address needs.

·Serving as the primary lead for generating stewardship reports and client presentations.

·Serving as the primary point of contact to clients for account management services

·Deepening client relationships through expert consulting as a trusted business advisor and thereby retaining clients and maximizing growth within the book of business

Job Requirements & Qualifications

In this role, you must be confident in your skills and expertise in risk management and complex coverages, with the ability to interact and engage with high level decision makers. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional to join a dynamic team and work with key clients.

Qualifications for this role include

·5-10 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience, which could include broker, carrier, and/or company experiences.

·Experience working with complex risks.

·Bachelor's degree preferred.

·Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations such as CPCU, ARM

·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·Good listening skills and ability to determine clients' needs efficiently.
