    The Complex Maintenance Offer Specialist position is charged with executing account strategies in support of the Service Operations & Maintenance line of business goals. Goals are to drive service revenues, equipment attachment rates, margin, and improve competitive position. Participation in a cross-functional team is required to effectively support the development of complex solutions and close offers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Position is responsible for supporting complex account solution creation strategies & programs to drive Maintenance, Managed, and Knowledge Services revenue.

    • Provide input into a cross-functional teaming arrangement targeting service acquisition campaigns/programs that fuel increased market penetration, adoption rates, and channel expansion.

    • Work with Sales in executing strategies to close opportunities, participate in conference calls and customer visits.

    • Collaborate cross functionally on competitive positioning, selling, pricing, market development and customer loyalty creation.

    • Identify and articulate market and customer requirements, preferences, and develop customized go-to-market programs for customer segments.

    • Attainment of defined success metrics for Services:

    • Margin targets

    • Revenue/Booking targets

    • Attach rate targets

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business

    • MBA strongly preferred

    • 0-2 years experience

    • Experience in business development/marketing/sales is a plus

    • Knowledge of Information & Communications Technology market

    • Managed services industry knowledge in network communications, managed applications, and IT technologies

    • Action and results oriented work habits. Aggressive, ownership, and accountability

    • Solutions based selling skills

    • Strong negotiation skills

    • Self-starter with excellent follow-up skills

    • Outstanding project/program management skills with results focus
