The Complex Maintenance Offer Specialist position is charged with executing account strategies in support of the Service Operations & Maintenance line of business goals. Goals are to drive service revenues, equipment attachment rates, margin, and improve competitive position. Participation in a cross-functional team is required to effectively support the development of complex solutions and close offers.
Position is responsible for supporting complex account solution creation strategies & programs to drive Maintenance, Managed, and Knowledge Services revenue.
Provide input into a cross-functional teaming arrangement targeting service acquisition campaigns/programs that fuel increased market penetration, adoption rates, and channel expansion.
Work with Sales in executing strategies to close opportunities, participate in conference calls and customer visits.
Collaborate cross functionally on competitive positioning, selling, pricing, market development and customer loyalty creation.
Identify and articulate market and customer requirements, preferences, and develop customized go-to-market programs for customer segments.
Attainment of defined success metrics for Services:
Attach rate targets
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business
MBA strongly preferred
0-2 years experience
Experience in business development/marketing/sales is a plus
Knowledge of Information & Communications Technology market
Managed services industry knowledge in network communications, managed applications, and IT technologies
Action and results oriented work habits. Aggressive, ownership, and accountability
Solutions based selling skills
Strong negotiation skills
Self-starter with excellent follow-up skills
Outstanding project/program management skills with results focus
