  • Adecco is hiring immediately for Contact Center Agents at a local client in Beaverton, OR. Contact Center Agents do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $20.00/hr., plus available overtime. As a Contact Center Agent, you will work with clients by answering inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, chat, and callback interactions .

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

    • Minimum of 1 year in a call center or high-volume phone position; in person customer service experience considered

    • Good verbal and written communication skills

    • Dependable and able to adhere to schedule

    • Effective problem-solving skills

    • Effective listening skills

    • Customer service orientation

    • Attention to detail

    • Ability to work effectively in a high volume and sometimes stressful work environment

    • Ability to read, write and speak English

    • Ability to sit at workstation for long periods of time

    Available Shift

    • Monday-Friday 9:30 am-6:00 pm

    • Training Schedule: 5 days from 8:00 am-4:30 pm

    Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
