Duties:
Performing over-the-phone customer service
Accurately completing volume data entry
Supporting large-scale departmental projects & initiatives
Researching and gathering documentation necessary to complete files
Requirements:
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
Prior successful contact center experience
Ability to work on dual monitors while navigating different systems
Professional & courteous demeanor
High school diploma/equivalent or above
