    Insight Global is seeking a Counter/ Inside Sales & Customer Service Rep to support an electrical solutions client onsite in Charlotte, NC. This client is a leader in B-to-B distribution of electrical products. This person will join a team of 5 within the customer service and sales teams at the Charlotte, NC Tools & Safety Center Storefront. This candidate will support the customer service, the email hotline for customers and all other Capital Electric locations, as well as supporting counter sales and inside sales responsibilities. The Charlotte location is the only Tools & Safter Storefront in all of Capital Electric. Overall, this location supplies customer service support and distribution of tools and equipment to power their customers in the commercial, industrial, and residential markets.

    Skills and Requirements

    A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience

    Strong Customer Service background

    Experience in the electrical distribution industry

    High School Diploma or GED.

    Sharp, sales-driven personality. Strong communication skills and a great work ethic. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the lighting industry or tools, fasteners, and safety equipment.

    Bachelor's Degree

    Experience with B-to-B Sales. null
