Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and assisting them in finding products that meet their needs.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, benefits, and uses of products to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.

Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.

Order Fulfillment: Assist customers in placing orders, locating items not in stock, and arranging for delivery or pickup as needed.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and notifying management of low stock or damaged items.

Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers, including arranging merchandise according to company guidelines.

The essential functions of this role include
