    POSITION SUMMARY

    In this role the ideal candidate will assist the Commercial Sales Organization through each step of the sales process, this includes ongoing sales support and effective communication of new growth initiatives and processes; Sharing, learning, and collaborating with team members to improve execution, and generate ideas that drive team results and success. Additional responsibilities will include:

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide live Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support to the commercial sales organization for JET, Salesforce, Mastermind, and Callidus systems using Microsoft Teams bridge line.

    • Respond to emails from a shared email platform in a timely manner.

    • Review and resolve Return to Branch (RTB) Integrations for Core and Enterprise Sales Reps

    • Provide one to one training for Sales Representatives, Managers, and Directions on commercial applications

    • Review, research and respond to inquiries related to sales performance using sales reporting tools

    • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for commercial programs including JET, Salesforce, and Callidus which includes the creation of test scenarios, validate results, and reporting defects

    • Provision New Hires, Transfers, and Terminations for Salesforce

    • Assist with multi-site import requests.

    • Maintain and track all access requests for ACQ companies through the integration process.

    • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and identify root cause analysis for the Salesforce and JET

    • Validate and monitor systems to ensure system is behaving as expected, which includes User Acceptance Testing

    • Direct questions to appropriate team regarding sales representative quotas

    • Assist in tracking statistical information for departments and compile data into reports.

    • Knowledge of all commission plans for sales organization.

    • Assist field with IT request for new team members.

    • Interface with various levels of the field organizations

    • Perform other related duties, as assigned

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience

    EXPERIENCE NEEDED

    • 1-3 years of Sales Support

    • 1-3 Years of Customer Service

    • 1-3 years of Experience in the Security and/or Fire Industry a plus

    • Proven communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal
