  • Job Description

    An employer is looking for Customer Service and Sales Support candidates to work remotely. This candidate should be passionately caring and customer-oriented. They will focus on non-technical support cases and will be responsible for providing quality support for the growing customer base. Candidate must effectively communicate with third parties both via phone and via email to educate and assist customers and partners with (but not limited to): licensing, RMA submissions, orders, processes, policies, and other admin-only tasks. They will own each customer case from initial creation to resolution.

    Skills and Requirements

    * 3 years of experience in customer facing support

    * Experience with SFDC or other like CRMs

    * Outstanding English language written and verbal communication skills and comprehension with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate matters to third parties

    * Ability to use acquired knowledge to suggest, edit, and write in-depth Knowledge Base articles null
