This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract to hire, and located in the Minnesota, west metro area. Responsibilities:

• Manage 10-15 incoming telephone calls

• Identify and understand customer questions

• Uncover opportunities for the sales team

• Facilitate business development and manage relationships

• Collaborate with multiple internal teams

• Field and send written business correspondence

• Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

• Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

• Customer service experience highly valued

• Adeptness in account management or inside sales is helpful

• Prior knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus

• Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
