Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions.

• Investigate and resolve customer issues - in person and over the phone

• Take payments

• Account management - opening and managing accounts

• Data Entry

• Comfortable working on repetitive tasks

• Cash Handling

• Experience with Excel and Outlook

• Professional, friendly, and conversational communication.

• Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm M-F; possible opportunity for Overtime.
