    Opening Available for Customer Service Representative!

    Robert Half is trying to fill a position for an articulate, highly skilled Customer Service Representative in the growing Manufacturing industry. Are you always outgoing and sociable? This could be a great position for you. This position will operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This could be the Reno, Nevada Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you're available for a long-term contract / temporary to hire engagement.

    What you get to do every single day

    • Receive and send written business correspondence

    • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

    • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

    • Organize and route incoming telephone calls

    Requirements

    • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

    • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

    • Earlier work involving Effective Communication

    • Practical knowledge of Freight Costs

    • Experience with Take Orders

    • Typing 45 - 60 words per minute experience highly preferred

    • General familiarity with Superior Customer Service

    • Background working with MRP ERP System

    • Strong familiarity with order entry

    • Command of data entry

    • Good understanding of Fulfillment Processes

    • Solid understanding of 10 Key Skills

    • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service

    • Adeptness in Assist Customers

    • Previous experience working with workflow processes

    • Order entry experience

    • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

    • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • 5+ years of past relevant experience

    • Experience with Microsoft Office required

      • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT! Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
    • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

    • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

    • Strong computer skills including customer database systems
