    Job Description

    Customer service representatives are expected to know all offerings for all clients, and all of the details about Customer accounts. within this role, you would perform various customer service tasks such as..

    • Assist customers through the open enrollment process

    • Answer inbound calls, chat, and emails to resolve questions or concerns effectively

    • Answer questions regarding open enrollment and benefits

    • Answer questions regarding FSA and HSA accounts

    • Understand and maintain knowledge of all clients and their specifics and what is offered

    Work Environment

    • Fully remote- Training 8:30/9 - 5/5:30pm

    • Shift after training 11:30 - 8pm
